| Hi, my name is Greg Vigil. I came here to tell you that MORGELLONS Disease is REAL... True Morgellons is not associated with Delusions as many "Physicians and Medical Professionals have thought". Often through hurried "In 'N' Out Burger" type examinations, and an inability to listen to the patient, as well, a willful ignorance, many patients have been diagnosed falsely as D.O.P. (Delusions of Parasitosis) Many sufferers have given up on the Medical Profession as a whole and turned to Alternative Medicine, or have self medicated, compounding the problem. At the present the actual cause, and/or the organisms involved are being investigated by the Morgellons Research Foundation, Oklahoma State University and few others. As yet they have no cure. It has, on many occasions, been found to be a co-infection of Lyme Disease, or perhaps, as a result of a compromised immune system relating to OTHER underlying medical conditions. Symptoms can and may include (but not limited to) involuntary muscle twitches, chronic fatigue, inability to handle stress, low hormone levels, fibromyalgia, (pain and aching of nerve and muscles) muscle spasms, muscle and joint swelling, confusion, mental overload, difficulty concentrating, paralysis sensation, nausea, itching, sensations of organisms scratching, biting, or crawling on or in the skin, at times feeling as though glass were cutting through tissues. Seemingly live organisms infecting the human host produce fibers, filaments, granules in the tissues. Also, sores and non-healing lesions may be present. The CDC has recently, finally launched a "questionable investigation" into the Disease. There are many graphic photos and videos on continuing pages, as well as further information on this Disease. "Mary Barr is Smileyskins" his girlfriend. The owner, Margellons, is "Michael "Mick" West, a computer engineer" of Santa Monica, California area. These three continually HARASS, defame character, intimidate, lie, manipulate facts, stymie investigations, USE THE FEARS of a small percentage of sufferers to disqualify the Disease as a whole, also calling them Delusional ... | On Jan 11/2006 in San Diego, CA. I saw an "Infectous Disease Specialist" who was on the "Medical Board for San Diego County" who's name is "Gonzalo Ballon-Landa." I informed him regarding this "Disease" and let him know that I have it. He informed me that he has seen MANY persons who have this also. I specifically responded back to him, "Well can't you call for an investigation or something?" His response was, "For What?" His secretary later informed me that he NEVER WANTED TO SEE ME AGAIN... My "Primary Physician" afterwards, in a disgusted look stated, "They're trying to say that this is a Psychological Condition..."(See Pg.2) |
